近日,乐清市教育局、交通运输局、工商局、质监局、体育局、水利局等6个部门,陆续在各自官方网站上“晒”出2012年度部门预算,接受社会公众监督。近年来,乐清市人大积极推进部门预算公开,继部门预算提交人代会审查后,今年又首次试行网上公开部门预算,要求首批公开的6个部门通过网络统一公布当年度部门预算的基本情况、收入和支出总体情况、预算支出主要内容等。
