病例报告:某男,52岁.因头昏、麻木,以颈椎病、神经衰弱于1990年12月19日收住人院。 人院后给予丹参每日14ml静滴,于元月7日给于舒乐安定(湖北制药厂,批号:880801)2mg/次,3次/日,病情有所缓解,但诉双上肢麻木。于元月11日加用天麻丸(吉林省四平市红宁制药厂生产,批号:880211)3天后出现鼻衄,并逐渐加重,请五官科作局部处理后好转,但四肢出现散在针尖大小出血点,当时疑复方丹参注射液过敏所致而停用,并加用抗过敏药物,但全身出血点逐渐增多,出现全身浮
Case report: A man, 52 years old, was admitted to the hospital on December 19, 1990 due to dizziness, numbness, cervical spondylosis, and neurasthenia.
