本文报导的热拔大直径下降管管接头的应力测量在内径为1600毫米、壁厚80毫米的锅简上进行。管接头内径为347毫米,壁厚70毫米。简体材料为BHW35。试验压力为155公斤/厘米~2。管接头热拔前开孔为圆形。测量表明这种型式的热拔管接头的应力分布状态和应力集中系数是可以接受的。但看来简节在热拔前的开孔,椭圆形较圆形有利。管接头附近存在范围不大的屈服面积,对于按“极限负荷”设计的元件是许可的,对于该区域在运行中的行为,需进一步考查。
The stress measurement of hot-drawn large diameter drop pipe joint reported in this paper was carried out on a pot with an inner diameter of 1600 mm and a wall thickness of 80 mm. Fitting diameter of 347 mm, wall thickness 70 mm. The simplified material is BHW35. The test pressure is 155 kg / cm ~ 2. The pipe joint is hot-drawn before opening. The measurements show that the stress distribution and stress concentration factors for this type of hot-drawn pipe joint are acceptable. But it seems that the hole before the hot-drawn openings, oval-shaped round more favorable. There is a small yield area near the pipe fitting, which is permissible for components designed for “ultimate load” and further examination of the behavior of the area during operation.
