描述用流体细胞测量法检测烟草花叶病毒(TMV)。测试的病毒先用乳胶微粒(直径3μm)吸附,后与TMV抗体和标有荧光色素的抗体结合,最后用流体细胞测量仪检测。试验结果表明,用本法可以测出10ng/mL的病毒,而用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)只能测出100ng/mL的病毒。
Describes the detection of Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV) by fluid cytometry. The virus tested was first adsorbed on latex particles (3 μm in diameter), then bound to TMV antibodies and fluorochrome-labeled antibodies and finally detected by a fluid cell meter. The test results show that 10 ng / mL of virus can be detected by this method, while only 100 ng / mL of virus can be detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
