Objectives: To explore the actual treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (also known as GERD) in gastroenterology and the treatment effect. METHODS: A total of 124 patients with GERD disorders between December 2014 and February 2015 were selected as the actual subjects. The 124 patients were divided into two groups according to the parity method, namely the control group and the control group Experimental group, each group has 62 patients. Among them, 62 patients in the control group were treated with ranitidine, while 62 patients in the experimental group were treated with the anti-gastric drugs and compared with the actual treatment effect after the different drugs were administered in both groups. Results: Sixty-two of the 60 patients in the experimental group were cured after the treatment with anpuprazole, and two others were more effective. The actual success rate was 96.7%. In the control group, 62 patients were cured after ranitidine treatment, 50 patients were cured, 10 patients were treated more effectively, and 2 patients were ineffective. The actual success rate was 80.6%. The actual treatment effect of two groups of patients is more obvious. In addition, the experimental group compared with the control group follow-up fewer adverse reactions. CONCLUSIONS: The actual effect of antipsychotic drug treatment in patients with GERD is more significant, especially in the follow-up of patients. Therefore, the practical application of this antipsychotic drug therapy in current and Subsequent clinical treatment of GERD disorders.
