我们在广东省博罗县国营杨村柑桔场,发现寄生于柑桔红蜘蛛的芽技枝霉(Cladosporiumcladosporioides Fres de Vries),自然感染率在博罗县为10.0—81.0%,在广州市郊为6.5—26.9%。致病力测定的结果表明:将茶麸水(1∶200)孢子悬液(含孢子数约为3.0×10~7孢子/毫升)喷于红蜘蛛身上,24小时开始死亡,3天后开始大量长出枝孢毒,死亡率3天为62.3%,5天为88.1%,7天为97.2%。红蜘蛛感病后,枝孢霉的分生孢子梗从红蜘蛛的足部、腹部、臀部或口器长出。本试验结果表明:芽枝枝孢霉有明显的侵染性和致病力,是柑桔红蜘蛛的一种寄生菌。
We found Cladosporium cladosporioides Fres de Vries parasitized in citrus red spiders in the citrus field of Yangcun Village, Boluo County, Guangdong Province. The natural infection rate was 10.0-81.0% in Boluo County and in the suburbs of Guangzhou 6.5-26.9%. The result of pathogenicity test showed that spore suspension of tea bran water (1: 200) (spore number about 3.0 × 10-7 spores / ml) was sprayed on the spider mite, and died after 24 hours. The growth of the branch sporidiosis, the mortality rate was 62.3% for three days, five days was 88.1%, seven days was 97.2%. Spider mite conidiophores grow from the spider’s foot, abdomen, buttocks, or mouthparts after the spider mite is affected. The test results show that: Mycobacterium Cladosporium has obvious infectivity and pathogenicity, is a parasitic spider mite spider mite.
