目的探讨新生儿卡介苗接种的最佳注射方法。方法选取804例符合卡介苗接种条件的新生儿,随机分为实验组、对照组各402例,实验组新生儿采用卡介苗皮内注射旋转式拔针法,对照组采用传统方法进行接种,比较两种方法接种的免疫效果。结果实验组发生菌苗外溢例数明显少于对照组,接种效果、卡痕的大小均明显优于对照组。用SPSS统计软件方差分析中LSD法分析结果P﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论实验组新生儿皮内注射旋转式拔针法可明显减少药液外溢,降低药液污染的危害性,有效提高卡介苗接种效果。
Objective To investigate the best injection method of neonatal BCG vaccination. Methods A total of 804 newborns were selected according to BCG vaccination conditions and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 402 cases in each group. The newborns in the experimental group were injected intracranially with BCG intracranial injection. The control group was vaccinated by traditional methods. Method Immunization effect of vaccination. Results The number of cases of spillage in experimental group was significantly less than that in control group, and the inoculation effect and the size of card marks were significantly better than those in control group. Using SPSS statistical software analysis of variance LSD analysis results P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The intradermal injection of rotary needle-pulling method in the experimental group can significantly reduce drug liquid spill, reduce the harm of liquid pollution and effectively improve the BCG vaccination effect.
