本文记录了一场考试结束后,教师间相互猜忌、产生矛盾,学校管理者运用人力资源管理的理论分析问题、提出解决办法的事例,提出学校管理者应在理解人力资源管理内涵基础上,合理应用科学管理、人性假设、学习型组织等各类人力资源管理理论,规划教师发展的目标和路径,形成团队愿景的认同并付之于行动,促成教师发展推动学校的发展,为学校发展提供科学的决策。
