我厂球磨机轴瓦温度测量是随设备带来的压力表式温度计。在大修后试车过程中轴瓦温度发出报警信号,立即停车检查,发现压力表式温度计指示在60℃,而用水银温度计测量竟达75℃,相差15℃。在再试车时,我们用一支酒精温度计和压力表式温度计同时检测,在开车三分钟内两表指示一致,但在三分钟后,由于温升很快,这时仪表就滞后于酒精温度计。当酒精温度计为60℃时,而仪表还指示40℃左右,这样长的滞后时间,等到报警时,轴瓦就已烧坏了。
