随着国民经济建设的发展,自70年代以来,我国各大中城市相继建造了一些高层建筑。尤其是近几年来,每年以300栋的速度发展,目前已有10层以上高层建筑约1500座左右,其中最高已达53层。高层建筑与一般建筑相比,其特点是自重大,对地基的附加应力影响深、范围广,对地基的承载能力要求高。因此在选择基础方案时,既要考虑一般工民建的要求,又要考虑地质条件和建筑物特点,保证建筑物的稳定性与实用性。
With the development of national economic construction, since the 1970s, large and medium-sized cities in China have successively constructed some high-rise buildings.
