Ministry of Railways Bureau of Mechanical Services entrusted Dalian Diesel Locomotive Research Institute held a diesel locomotive fault analysis meeting, in July 27, 1986 to July 31 in Dalian. Comrades of the Ministry of Railways Bureau of Mechanical Maintenance presided over the meeting and comrades of the Ministry of Railways Industrial Corporation also attended the meeting.
