应用红细胞C_3b受体花环试验(C_3b花环),测定了胸腺素对红细胞C_3b受体活性的影响。结果显示,胸腺素对红细胞C_3b受体具有明显的激活作用,且人胎胸腺素对红细胞C_3b受体的激活作用较小牛胸腺素强。
The erythrocyte C_3b receptor rosette assay (C_3b rosette) was used to determine the effect of thymosin on the activity of red blood cell C3b receptor. The results showed that thymosin had a significant activation effect on the erythrocyte C3b receptor, and human fetal thymosin had a lower activation of erythrocyte C3b receptor than bovine thymosin.
