本文采用孔雀绿-醋酸丁酯萃取光度法测定成份复杂的阳极泥中的微量金。结果表明,用碲捕集比硒效果好,对4~500微克金其回收率约为97%;当有大量铜、镍及铁存在时,碲共沉淀金的回收率为99%左右。碲共沉淀法能有效地使金与干扰元素铊、锑、铜、铁及镍等分离。并改用盐酸—过氧化氢溶解共沉淀后的碲,简化了分析流程。拟定的方法准确、选择性高、操作方便。分析阳极泥样品的结果与试金-化学法测定的结果相符。
In this paper, malachite green - butyl acetate extraction spectrophotometric determination of trace amounts of gold in the anode mud. The results show that the recovery of tellurium is better than that of selenium, and the recovery is about 97% for 4 ~ 500 micrograms of gold. The recovery rate of tellurium coprecipitation gold is about 99% when a large amount of copper, nickel and iron are present. Tellurium co-precipitation method can effectively make gold and interference elements thallium, antimony, copper, iron and nickel separation. Hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide were used to dissolve the coprecipitated tellurium to simplify the analysis process. The proposed method is accurate, selective, easy to operate. The results of analyzing the samples of anode slime are in agreement with the results of the chemical assay.
