国外的学前教育水平一直领先于国内,现今正朝着以学前教育中心,打乱年级的划分的趋势发展,将学前机构变成一个具有多形式、多功能的多元文化教育,将整个课堂的学习变得生活化和游戏化。对于国外学前教育改革的成功经验我们有很多都可以借鉴。首先应该开拓思维打破思维定式,变革传统的课程模式;抓住新时代对学前教育带来的机遇,顺势发展;要对幼儿教师的综合素质进行全方位的提升;以幼儿主体出发,采用因材施教。
