培养具有较高创造力的新型人才是社会各界人士高度关注的教育问题,而创造力的培养需要从娃娃抓起,因此,对幼儿创新精神和实践能力的培养已成为世界各国的教育重点。幼儿创造力的培养离不开家庭教育、社会教育和学校教育,作为培养幼儿创造力主要渠道之一的学校教育,对幼儿创造力的发展具有至关重要的作用。本文分析和研究了幼儿创造力的特点以及教育教学方面存在的问题,并提出具有心理学依据和施之可行的促进幼儿创造力发展的教育教学方法。
To cultivate new talents with high creativity is a great concern to all walks of life. The cultivation of creativity needs to be initiated from the children. Therefore, training of children’s innovative spirit and practical ability has become the focus of education in all countries in the world. The development of young children’s creativity can not be separated from family education, social education and school education. School education, one of the main channels for cultivating young children’s creative ability, plays an important role in the development of young children’s creativity. This paper analyzes and studies the characteristics of children’s creativity and the problems in education and teaching, and puts forward the pedagogical method of education that has the psychological basis and feasible to promote the development of children’s creativity.
