胃肠癌患者２５６例，对其中３２例术前伴有中、重度营养不良的患者实施围手术期营养支持，结果表明，围手术期营养支持能够改善营养不良患者的血浆白蛋白及前白蛋白的水平，降低术后并发症的发生，提高手术成功率，建议对肿瘤细胞分化程度差的病人，术前营养支持时应同时加用化疗
There were 256 patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Perioperative nutritional support was performed on 32 patients with moderate to severe malnutrition before surgery. The results showed that perioperative nutritional support can improve plasma albumin and prealbumin in malnourished patients. The level of lowering the incidence of postoperative complications and improving the success rate of surgery suggests that patients with poorly differentiated tumor cells should be treated with preoperative nutritional support.
