有的同志把产生不正之风的原因归结为因为生活水平不高,认为个人经济条件不好,就会搞不正之风,只要生产发展了,就能自然而然地消除不正之风。这是一种糊涂的认识。我们不否认在现实生活中,有人搞不正之风,可能和他本人的经济条件有关,但是如果认为任何不正之风都同生活条件有必然的因果关系,那就失之绝对和片面了。
