目的研究太白杜鹃Rhododendron purdomii的化学成分。方法利用现代波谱技术(MS、~1H-NMR、~(13)C-NMR、DEPT)和化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果从太白杜鹃全草的醋酸乙酯部分中分离出12个化合物,对其中9个化合物进行了结构鉴定,分别为槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅰ)、金丝桃苷(Ⅱ)、槲皮素(Ⅲ)、异莨菪亭(Ⅳ)、α-香树脂醇(Ⅴ)、β-香树脂醇(Ⅵ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅶ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅷ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Rhododendron purdomii. Methods The structures were identified by modern spectroscopic techniques (MS, ~ 1H-NMR, ~ (13) C-NMR, DEPT) and chemical methods. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Rhododendron fortunei. Nine of them were identified as quercetin -3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (Ⅰ), gold (Ⅱ), quercetin (Ⅲ), scopolamine (Ⅳ), α-amyrin (Ⅴ), β-amyrin (Ⅵ), oleanolic acid Sterol (Ⅷ), β-Daucosterin (Ⅸ). Conclusion All the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
