中国人民银行研究局专题课题组分析显示:当前价格总体水平上升趋势明显。居民消费价格(CPI)同比涨幅持续扩大;工业品出厂价格同比涨幅提高;进口价格涨幅提高,出口价格涨幅回落,贸易条件趋于恶化。房价环比和同比涨幅均创新高。货币市场利率波动加大,总体仍保持平稳。国际原油价格创历史新高,有色金属价格止跌回升,粮价上涨较快,海运价格大幅上涨。
Analysis of the Special Project Group of the Research Bureau of the People’s Bank of China shows that the current overall price level is on the rise. The year-on-year rate of increase in consumer prices (CPI) continued to expand; the ex-factory price of industrial products increased year-on-year; the increase in import prices increased; the export price inflation dropped and the terms of trade tended to deteriorate. Both the ring house prices and the year-on-year increases hit new highs. Interest rate volatility in the currency market increased, with the overall balance still steady. International crude oil prices hit a record high, non-ferrous metals prices rebounded, food prices rose faster, shipping prices rose sharply.
