超级蔬菜最近,日本一家超级市场出售了一种即产即销的超级蔬菜,由该市场的“生物农场”生产。这种“生物农场”是一个大型温室,设有溶液培养槽以及钠光灯培养基,供培养各种蔬菜之用,全部设施都由电脑控制。由于这种从“生物农场”培养出来的蔬菜不仅在生长时间上要比传统种植的蔬菜快5倍,而且在体积上要大2倍,因而被人们称为超级蔬菜。彩色蔬菜科学家们为了让蔬菜具有五彩缤纷的颜色,使餐桌上更加富于色彩,近年来国外已先后培育出了蓝色的马铃薯、粉红色的菜花、紫色的甘芥兰和里红外白的萝卜等。由于目前彩色蔬菜为数不多,且具有一定食疗妙用,市场上十分抢手,供不应求。
