从毕业从教的那一天起,我就认为老师应该当班主任,只有做班主任才能更好地了解学生,走近学生,学生才会更接近你,愿意与你交流心声。为此,这些年我一直坚持做班主任,固然过程中有甜有苦,但让我真正体会到作为班主任的成就感。随着时代的变迁,教育的大环境和小环境都发生深刻的变革,做好班主任工作要与时俱进,不断总结,方能更好地胜任这个岗位。下面就做班主任应具备的四种能力谈谈自己的心得。一、班主任要有组织管理的能力
