“高原现象”是一个心理学术语,它是指在技能形成过程中出现的进步暂时停顿现象,即练习曲线保持在一定的水平,不再上升,甚至有些下降。在绘画学习中也存在着这样一种现象,即当绘画技能训练到一定阶段,许多学生会觉得学习停滞不前,甚至会有退步的感觉,这就是绘画学习中的“高原现象”。经过多年的观察,我们发现,“高原现象”总是伴随着一系列的心理问题,这些心理问题又会严重影响学生的学习及生活质量。如能选择适配的策略进行干预,将有助于学生尽快走出“高原现象”的阴影,重新步入绘画学习的上升通道。
