年轻的记者、新华社新闻学院的学员及大学新闻专业的青年学子,常向我提出一些问题,最常听到的是:我这样一名来自边疆的藏族青年怎样成长为业有所成的新华社高级记者?全国少数民族记者中知名的“老资格”?其实我是人老学浅腹内空,只是长期从事民族新闻报道,经常跑民族地区,考虑民族方面的新闻课题较多,挫折教训积累较多而已。如果有所获,那就是党的培养教育、对业务的浓厚热爱与兴趣、终生不断的学习与实践是我的成就之源。现应编辑部之约,在这里谈一些粗浅感受,以此和青年同仁们共作切磋。——作者
