目的:探讨阿里红多糖(FoP)对小鼠体外免疫的调节作用。方法:采用体外淋巴细胞增殖实验考察FoP对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响;采用磺酰罗丹明B(SRB)法检测不同浓度FoP单独作用及其与有丝分裂原ConA、LPS共同作用对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响;采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELSA)法检测不同浓度FoP体外刺激对小鼠脾淋巴细胞诱生白介素2(IL-2)、白介素13(IL-13)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)等细胞因子的影响。结果:Fop在25~100μg/m L浓度范围内能显著促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖,并与Con A、LPS协同促进T、B淋巴细胞增殖,还能诱导脾淋巴细胞分泌IL-2、TNF-α。结论:FoP具有免疫促进作用。
AIM: To investigate the regulatory effect of AliPlasma polysaccharide (FoP) on in vitro immunity in mice. Methods: The effects of FoP on the proliferation of mouse splenic lymphocytes were investigated by in vitro lymphocyte proliferation assay. The effects of different concentrations of FoP and its interaction with ConA and LPS were detected by SRB method. The effects of different concentrations of FoP in vitro on IL-2, IL-13, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-6 in splenic lymphocytes were detected by ELSA assay. (TNF-α) and other cytokines. Results: Fop could significantly promote the proliferation of mouse splenic lymphocytes in the concentration range of 25 ~ 100μg / m L, and synergistically promote the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes with Con A and LPS, but also induce the secretion of IL-2 and TNF -α. Conclusion: FoP has an immune promoting effect.
