Mitsubishi Electric Corporation of Japan produced a new type of super stainless steel “MORS.” The steel is in the Fe-Ni-Cr austenitic stainless steel to increase the aluminum content, so that the steel has a very high temperature oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, age hardening and processability. The main alloying element content of the stainless steel ranges from 10 to 45% of Ni, 4 to 25% of Cr, 3.5 to 5.5% of Al, 0.1 to 5% of Y, 0 to 20% of Mn, 0 to 0.5% of C, %, Cu 0 ~ 1%. Because the steel is heated at high temperature, the surface of the formation of aluminum oxide film, oxidation resistance is superior. In addition, it has a precipitation strengthening effect due to nickel and aluminum.
