国家经贸委在《2000年国有大中型亏损企业脱困工作指导意见》中强调今年要着力抓好七项工作。 第一、围绕脱困目标,做好规划,落实责任。各地区经贸委、各行业管理部门要根据脱困目标的要求,认真做好本地区、本行业2000年企业脱困工作的规划;要层层落实脱困责任制,把脱困工作的目标、措施落实到每一个企业。
The State Economic and Trade Commission pointed out in the “Guiding Opinions on the Retirement of Large and Medium-sized State-owned Losing Enterprises in 2000” that this year we must focus on seven tasks.
