根据最新修订的《大学英语》教学大纲规定,从整体语言教学的教学思想来看,第二课堂已在大学英语教学中显示出其无穷魅力。它不但可以提高学生的英语实际应用能力,而且可以拓宽其知识面,培养其学习英语的兴趣,同时也丰富了其校园文化生活,并给了老师和学生新的定位。但毋庸置疑,在目前的大学英语第二课堂教学中还存在着诸多问题,应引起英语教育工作者的思考与探索。
According to the newly revised “College English” syllabus, from the teaching thinking of the whole language teaching, the second classroom has shown its charm in college English teaching. Not only can it improve students’ practical ability in English, but also broaden their knowledge, develop their interest in learning English, enrich their campus culture and give teachers and students a new orientation. However, there is no doubt that there are still many problems in the current classroom teaching of college English which should arouse the thinking and exploration of English educators.
