建立了定量分析包装饮用水中壬基酚的液相色谱-质谱法,并对市售包装饮用水进行检测。壬基酚质量浓度在(85.7~1431.8)ng/L范围内与一级质谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系:y=41.3x+1285.7,R2=0.9956。方法的检出限为48.5 ng/L,定量限为161.7 ng/L。方法的回收率为96.1%~109.4%,相对标准偏差(n=5)≤3.4%。在随机检测的63种包装饮用水中,有16种检出壬基酚,最高检出浓度168.3 ng/L。该方法选择性好、灵敏度高、重现性好,能够满足定量分析包装饮用水中壬基酚的要求。
A liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the quantitative analysis of nonylphenol in packaged drinking water was established, and the commercially available packaged drinking water was tested. The concentration of nonylphenol in the range of (85.7 ~ 1431.8) ng / L showed a good linear relationship with the mass spectrometry peak area: y = 41.3x + 1285.7, R2 = 0.9956. The detection limit was 48.5 ng / L and the limit of quantification was 161.7 ng / L. The recoveries were 96.1% -109.4% with relative standard deviations (n = 5) ≤3.4%. Of 63 randomly selected drinking water samples, 16 detected nonylphenols with a maximum detectable concentration of 168.3 ng / L. The method has good selectivity, high sensitivity and good reproducibility, and can meet the requirement of quantitative analysis of nonylphenol in drinking water.
