爱泼斯坦,一九一五年四月生,中国籍波兰人。一九一七年随父母迁居中国,一九五七年加入中国籍。一九三一年任英文《京津泰晤士报》和《北平时事日报》记者、编辑,从此开始长达六十余年的新闻工作生涯。撰写了大量宣传中国革命、报道中国情况的文章,著有《人民之战》、《未完成的革命》、《宋庆龄——二十世纪的伟大女性》等。现为《今日中国》杂志社名誉总编辑,宋庆龄基金会副主席,是第六、七、八、九届全国政协常委。
Epstein, born in April 1915, a Chinese national Pole. In 1917 moved with his parents to China, 1957 to join Chinese nationality. In 1931, he served as reporter and editor of the Beijing-Tianjin Times and Peking Current Affairs Daily in English. From then on, he spent more than 60 years in the journalistic career. He has authored numerous articles promoting the Chinese revolution and reporting on the situation in China. He has also published “The Battle of the People,” “Unfinished Revolutions,” and “Soong Chingling - The Great Women of the Twentieth Century.” Now “China Today” magazine honorary editor-in-chief, vice chairman of Soong Ching Ling Foundation, is the sixth, seven, eight, nine CPPCC Standing Committee.
