1 病历报告患者 ,男 ,年龄 3个月 ,无明显诱因生后进行性面色苍白3月余 ,生后无明显黄疸。患儿第一胎第一产 ,母孕期无特殊病史 ,生后母乳喂养 ,近日苍白加重伴烦躁入院。体检 :精神弱 ,全身苍白 ,呈重度贫血貌 ,无黄染 ,无皮下淤斑、淤点。未扪及浅表淋巴结肿大 ,心肺查体除
