工程机械上大模数齿轮的表面淬火大多采用中频或火焰淬火。我厂因设备所限采用高频淬火,经多年实践,效果良好。现将该工艺中感应器内镶导磁体和多齿沟淬火的应用作一简介。一、概述我厂生产的0.6米~3机械挖掘机,齿轮共27种,大多为m=10~20的大模数齿轮,材质为40Cr、ZG40Mn、ZG40Cr和18CrMnTi等。节径大的多选铸钢件;重要性高的多选锻轧件;接触应力很大的,多选18CrMnTi渗碳淬火。大模数齿轮高频淬火的加工路线:铸锻毛坯(经退火、正火)—粗加工—调质—精加工—
