近来,许多氮化硼系刀具陆续被用于生产实际。如美国通用电气公司的CBN刀具,英国特·比阿斯公司的ABN刀具,日本东芝钨、戴捷脱等公司以CBN为基的各种刀具,等等。这里介绍的氮化硼刀具与上述刀具略有不同,其基体材料为六方晶氮化硼(h—BN),在高压条件下,将六方晶氮化硼加工成Wurtzite型的氮化硼,再以这种氮化硼作原料,烧结成超高压、高密度的W—BN与C—BN的2相烧结体,这就是WBN刀具的基本材料。将此种烧结体命名为Wurzin,取字头
Recently, many boron nitride-based cutting tools have been used in production practice. Such as the United States General Electric CBN cutting tools, the British special BYAs ABN cutting tools, Japan’s Toshiba Tungsten, Dai Jie off CBN-based companies such as the company’s various tools, and so on. The boron nitride tool introduced here is slightly different from the tool described above. Its base material is hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN). Under high pressure, the hexagonal boron nitride is processed into a Wurtzite boron nitride. Using this boron nitride as a raw material, it is sintered into a 2-phase sintered body of ultrahigh-pressure, high-density W-BN and C-BN, which is the basic material of the WBN tool.
