目的分析厦金口岸21例甲型H1N1流感确诊病例的流行病学特征、临床表现及卫生检疫情况,为进一步开展口岸防控工作提供决策依据。方法收集2009年8月至11月底厦金口岸截获的21例甲型H1N1流感确诊病例信息,用Excel建立个人信息库,并用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果厦金口岸甲型H1N1流感病例的时间、地区分布特征与台湾地区的疫情暴发情况基本吻合。确诊病例以20岁以下的青少年学生为主,约占66.7%;临床表现均较温和,以发热为主要症状(约占71.4%),且经查体,有17例咽部充血(约占81.0%),部分伴扁桃体肿大。体温监测仍为最主要的发现渠道。本口岸甲型H1N1流感的截获率较高,约为90.5%。结论厦金口岸甲型H1N1流感病例以青少年学生为主,发热为主要症状,且多数患者伴有咽部充血等特征,体温监测是发现疾病的有效手段,咽喉部体征的排查有助于口岸流感病例截获,及时发现病例。甲型H1N1流感病例的特征分析有利于进一步完善口岸传染病的卫生检疫工作提供依据,探索并建立新的口岸卫生检疫模式。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics, clinical manifestations and health and quarantine status of 21 cases of influenza A (H1N1) in Xiamen Port and provide the basis for decision-making on further prevention and control of ports. Methods A total of 21 confirmed cases of H1N1 influenza virus were collected from Xiajin Port from August 2009 to the end of November 2009. Personal information database was established by Excel and analyzed by SPSS software. Results The time and geographical distribution of Influenza A (H1N1) cases in Xiamen-Xiamen port area basically coincided with the outbreaks in Taiwan. The majority of diagnosed cases were young people under 20 years old, accounting for 66.7%. The clinical manifestations were mild, with fever as the main symptom (about 71.4%). After examination, there were 17 cases of throat congestion (about 81.0% %), Some with tonsil enlargement. Body temperature monitoring is still the most important discovery channel. The port H1N1 influenza H1N1 influenza interception rate is high, about 90.5%. Conclusion The cases of influenza A (H1N1) in Xiajin Port are mainly young students with fever as the main symptom, and most of the patients are characterized by throat congestion. Body temperature monitoring is an effective means of detecting the disease. The investigation of the signs of the throat can be helpful to port flu Intercepted cases, timely detection of cases. The analysis of the characteristics of Influenza A (H1N1) cases will provide a basis for further improving the health and quarantine of port-borne infectious diseases and explore and establish a new port health and quarantine mode.
