对于重度先天性上睑下垂(提上睑肌肌力4mm以下者)采用提上睑肌缩短徙前术常引起严重眼睑闭合不全或睑停滞。本文介绍在提上睑肌缩短徙前术(puttesmenurist法)的基础上用改良的“提上睑肌缩短重叠术”治疗先天性上睑下垂,本院以此法矫治先天性上睑下垂8例9只眼,除1眼因分离提上睑肌时撕断该肌达2/3以上,未获满表效果外,其余8只眼均收到较满意之效果,术后眼睑之大小,开闭功能都符
