目的:以补肾祛痰化瘀立法组方(补元聪脑汤)治疗阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)模型大鼠,并观察其海马区胆碱乙酰转移酶(ChAT)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性变化。方法:在大鼠海马区内注入鹅膏蕈氨酸(IBO)和β样淀粉蛋白1-42肽段(Aβ1-42)混合液造成AD模型,以补元聪脑汤和西药脑复康混悬液分别灌胃治疗。通过比色法测定大鼠海马内ChAT和AchE活性。结果:补元聪脑汤能增加AD大鼠海马内的ChAT和AChE活性。结论:补元聪脑汤对AD模型大鼠海马区ChAT和AChE活性变化有明显改善。
OBJECTIVE: To treat Alzheimer’s disease (AD) model rats with Bushen Qutan Huayu Decoction (Bu yuan Congnao decoction) and to observe its choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) and acetylcholinesterase Changes in enzyme (AchE) activity. Methods: AD model was induced by intramuscular injection of ibotenic acid (IBO) and β-amyloid 1-42 peptide (Aβ 1-42) in rat hippocampus. Suspension respectively gavage treatment. ChAT and AchE activity in rat hippocampus was measured by colorimetry. Results: BuYuanLongNaotang can increase the activity of ChAT and AChE in hippocampus of AD rats. Conclusion: BuYuanTongNaoTang can obviously improve the activity of ChAT and AChE in hippocampus of AD model rats.
