从皂角菌子实体的正己烷。乙酸乙酯部分得到皂甙类化合物,经理化常数和光谱分析,鉴定出化合物分别是麦角甾醇、齐墩果酸(ergosterol、oleanloic acid)。该植物中成分均为首次报道。
N-hexane from the fruiting body of Sphaerocarpus solani. The saponins were obtained from the ethyl acetate fractions. The chemical constants and spectral analysis were used to identify the compounds as ergosterol and oleanloic acid. The components in this plant were first reported.
