采用多孔陶粒吸附自固定化混合硝化菌种,比较研究了附着相和悬浮相硝化菌的硝化特性。结果表明,以比硝化速率计,悬浮相和附着相菌种的硝化活性以比NO-x-N生成速率计分别为516g/(g·d)和480g/(g·d)。两相菌种硝化活性相近。当基质浓度、pH变化时,两相菌种硝化活性变化规律相似,但附着相菌种硝化活性随菌种浓度变化较慢。当毒性有机物存在时,附着相微生物抗有机物抑制能力明显强于悬浮相微生物
Porous ceramsite was used to adsorb self-immobilized mixed nitrifying bacteria, and the nitrification characteristics of the nitrifying bacteria in the attached phase and suspended phase were compared. The results showed that with the ratio of nitrification rate, the nitrification activity of the suspension and attachment phase strains was 516g/(g·d) and 480g/(g·d), respectively, compared with the NO-x-N generation rate. . Nitrification activity of two-phase strains is similar. When the substrate concentration and pH were changed, the nitration activity of the two-phase strains was similar, but the nitration activity of the adherent strains varied slowly with the strain concentration. When toxic organic matter is present, the inhibitory capacity of microorganisms in the attached phase is significantly stronger than that of suspended phase microorganisms.
