校本教研,就是为了改进学校的教育教学,提高学校的教育教学质量,从学校的实际出发,依托学校的资源优势和特色进行的教育教学研究。其基本特征是以校为本,围绕学校遇到的问题开展研究。学校是教学研究的基地,教师是教学研究的主体,促进师生共同发展是教学研究的直接目的。
