痕量锑的测定通常采用三苯甲烷类和罗丹明类(如孔雀绿、结晶紫、亮绿、罗丹明B等)显色剂的萃取光度法,这些方法耗用较多有机试剂,且操作繁琐。近年来,荧光酮类胶束增溶吸光光度法测定锑显示出高的灵敏度。邻硝基苯基荧光酮(o-NPF)在各种表面活性剂存在下,对Nb、Ge、Sn、Mo、Ti、Cu等金属离子均具有较高灵敏度。目前,这类显色剂用于测定锑的报道还不多。本文探讨了在表面活性剂(CTMAB)存在下,用显色剂o-NPF测定锑的方法。该法可在较高酸度条件下(0.02~0.07M H_2SO_4)测定。ε_(521)=6.06×10~4,Sb量在0~25μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。方法选择性较好,灵敏度也较高,操作简便迅速。
