当前各学校都十分重视在青少年中开展体育运动。这是促进青少年身体健康,增强学生体质的大事。但是,由于组织安排不当或缺乏预防损伤的具体措施等原因,就有可能在体育运动时发生运动损伤,因此预防运动损伤是一个很值得我们注意的问题。近年来,我校发生运动损伤的时间多见于上午第四节课(上午11时至11点45分)。据分析其原因,除了由于学生思想不集中,运动器材不够完善等原因外,还主要由于:(1)在上午第四节课的时间内,学生的身体均感到疲
