目的研究雷米芬太尼对无痛、内脏痛及切口痛三种小鼠模型痛觉的影响。方法60只小鼠随机均分为无痛组(N组)、内脏痛组(As组)和切口痛组(I组),各组再均分为两个亚组,分别腹腔注射雷米芬太尼0.09mg/kg(NR组、AsR组和IR组)或等容量生理盐水(NC组、AsC组和IC组)。测定各组给药结束后1、2和4h时的热缩足反射潜伏期(PWTL)(As组给药结束后1h的PWTL除外)及As组给药结束后1h内扭体次数。结果给药结束后2h和4h时,NR组PWTL较NC组缩短(P<0.05),AsR组扭体次数较AsC组减少(P<0.05)。给药结束后2h时,AsR组PWTL较AsC组延长(P<0.05)。给药结束后1、2和4h时,IR组PWTL均较IC组缩短(P<0.05)。结论雷米芬太尼可致无痛和切口痛模型小鼠痛觉过敏,而对内脏痛模型小鼠具有镇痛作用。
Objective To study the effects of remifentanil on the pain perception in three mouse models of painless, visceral and incisional pain. Methods Sixty mice were randomly divided into two groups: painless group (N group), visceral pain group (As group) and incision pain group (I group) .All groups were divided into two subgroups: Taiyuan 0.09mg / kg (NR group, AsR group and IR group) or equal volume of saline (NC group, AsC group and IC group). The thermal refraction latency (PWTL) was measured at 1, 2 and 4 h after the end of administration (except for PWTL 1 h after the end of As administration) and the number of writhing within 1 h after the end of As administration. Results PWTL in NR group was shorter than that in NC group at 2h and 4h (P <0.05), while the number of writhing in AsR group was lower than that in AsC group (P <0.05). At 2h after administration, the PWTL in AsR group was longer than that in AsC group (P <0.05). At 1, 2 and 4 h after administration, PWTL in IR group was shorter than that in IC group (P <0.05). Conclusion Remifentanil can induce hyperalgesia in painless and incisional pain model mice and analgesia in visceral pain model mice.
