采用15N示踪、氨基酸自动分析、消化酶等技术研究了以60Coγ-射线引变选育的稻谷亩产达548.7kg的两用稻202的特性及秸秆(稻草)饲料价值,结果表明:1.202稻草中15N回收率平均比CK高139.6%:2.202稻草粗蛋白质含量达7.99%-15.75%,在不同环境条件下都比CK高,既能遗传又受环境条件影响;3.202营养生理上具有顶端优势较弱的特性,有利于粗蛋白质贮存在稻草中;4202具有把吸收N转化为氨基酸的能力较强的生化特性,稻草氨基酸含量比含N量相同的CK高88.8%:5.202稻草粗蛋白质和氨基酸(总量)的消化率分别比CK高6.24%和3.20%;6.202稻草体外干物质消化率(NDMD)达56.6%-64.1%,接近山地牧草推广种宽叶雀稗;7.202稻草饲养奶牛比一般稻草产奶量提高7.35%。
15N tracing, automatic amino acid analysis, digestive enzymes and other techniques were used to study the characteristics of the dual-purpose rice 202 with straw yield of 548.7kg and the straw (straw) feed value selected by 60Coγ-ray.
