一、不可仰卧。睡时侧身屈膝,则精气不散;醒时舒展活力,则气血流通。如果仰卧,身体直而不舒,肌肉不能放松。二、不可忧虑。古人说:‘先睡心、后睡眼’,就是睡时不可胡思乱想,情绪要安稳。三、不可恼怒。感情的变化会引起气血的紊乱,从而导致失眠。所以睡前不可恼怒,防止任何情绪的波动。
