为培养推广适应巴山地区自然气候特点的黑木耳菌种,实现丰产优质的目的,通过近二十年的黑木耳菌种生产的栽培实践,选育出色泽黑褐、朵大、肉厚的野生黑木耳作为种源,将其分离筛选,从中选出优良菌株,菌种特性及栽培技术介绍如下:一、菌株特性(一)呼吸强度大。菌丝在繁殖生长时,消耗氧量大,排出二氧化碳量多,即在偏干的培养条件下,瓶壁或试管内壁形成较多的水珠。(二)纤维素酶和半纤维素酶活性强。使用栎木浸出液基质斜面的背面发生白腐,在常规条件下,白腐现象持续达到或超过3个 In order to cultivate and promote the black fungus species that adapt to the natural climate in Bashan region and achieve the goal of high yield and good quality, black and white, fleshy and wild fowl have been bred through the practice of black fungus species production for nearly 20 years Black fungus as a provenance, its separation and screening, from which to select good strains, characteristics and culture of the cultivation techniques are described below: First, the strain characteristics (a) respiratory intensity.
