用DPPH·法测定了竹醋液及其提取物的抗氧化活性。结果表明,竹醋液及其提取物对二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH·)具有较强的清除能力,但其提取物清除自由基能力(APR)是竹醋液的6.27倍;其反应动力学方程不符合线性关系。
The antioxidant activity of bamboo vinegar and its extract was determined by DPPH method. The results showed that bamboo vinegar and its extracts had strong ability of scavenging dibenzoyl picric acid free radical (DPPH ·), but its extract scavenging free radical ability (APR) was 6.27 times that of bamboo vinegar; its reaction Kinetic equations do not fit the linear relationship.
