患者女性,28岁,主因间断性呕血、黑便3天于1990年9月15日以“上消化道出血”入院。既往无肝炎及溃疡病史,停经7个月。查体:重度贫血貌,全身皮肤粘膜无黄染及出血点,心肺(-),腹部膨隆,肝脾未触及,宫底在脐上2指,胎位不清,胎心未闻及,肝掌(+)。辅助检查:血红蛋白50g/L,肝功能正常,血清白蛋白24g/L,球蛋白18g/L。入院
Female patient, 28 years old, mainly due to intermittent hematemesis, melena three days in September 15, 1990 to “upper gastrointestinal bleeding” admission. Past history of hepatitis and ulcers, menopause 7 months. Physical examination: severe anemia, systemic skin and mucosa without yellow dye and bleeding points, cardiopulmonary (-), abdominal bulging, liver and spleen not touched, the uterus at the end of the fundus 2 fingers, fetal position is unclear, fetal heart did not hear, liver palms (+). Auxiliary examination: hemoglobin 50g / L, normal liver function, serum albumin 24g / L, globulin 18g / L. Admission
