(Adopted at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Tenth Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of the Communist Party of China on November 13, 2014) The Fifth Plenary Session of the Tenth Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of the Communist Party of China was held on November 13, 2014 in Nanning. There are 69 members of the autonomous regional party committees and 9 alternate members attending the meeting. Commission for Discipline Inspection Commission of the autonomous region and relevant responsible comrades attended the meeting. Some grassroots comrades and experts and scholars from the 10th Party Congress of the autonomous region also attended the meeting. The plenary session is presided over by the standing committee of the autonomous region party committee. Peng Qinghua, party secretary of the autonomous region made an important speech.
