心血管疾病几乎都伴有红细胞(RBCs)刚度的增加,为了研究RBCs刚化在心血管疾病的发生与发展中的作用,我们通过加热处理等方法制备了两种红细胞刚化模型,并对其流变学性质进行了观测。
Almost all cardiovascular diseases are accompanied by increased rigidity of red blood cells (RBCs). In order to study the role of RBCs rigidification in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases, we have prepared two models of red blood cell rigidity by heat treatment and other methods. The nature of the metamorphosis was observed.
