采用离体实验方法,观察了几种急性胰腺炎的致失因子对大鼠胰腺组织、胰腺腺泡、全血脂质过氧化作用以及氧自由基清除剂SOD、CAT的保护作用。结果表明,胆汁酸盐(胰蛋白酶、内毒素均能不同程度地加强胰腺组织、腺泡及血浆的脂质过氧化作用,SOD和CAT有明显保护作用,减轻致炎因子对胰腺腺泡的损伤。
In vitro experiments were performed to observe the protective effects of some acute pancreatitis inducing factors on pancreatic tissue, pancreatic acinar, whole blood lipid peroxidation and oxygen free radical scavengers SOD and CAT. The results showed that bile acid salt (trypsin and endotoxin can enhance the lipid peroxidation of pancreatic tissues, acinar and plasma to varying degrees, SOD and CAT have a significant protective effect, reduce the inflammation of pancreatic acinar injury .
