目的:利用硅胶管通过下鼻道植入鼻泪管观察治疗慢性泪囊炎患者的疗效。方法:对30例(33只眼)慢性泪囊炎患者进行鼻泪管逆行扩张置管术治疗,术后连续观察8～14个月的治疗效果。结果:30只眼溢泪消失,1例冲洗通畅,溢泪减轻;1例分泌物堵塞硅胶管取出;1例出现下鼻道渗血,取出硅胶管后出血消失。治愈率90.9%。结论:经鼻腔鼻泪管置管治疗慢性泪囊炎是一种有效方法,而且操作简单,费用低廉,患者痛苦小,效果满意。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of treating chronic dacryocystitis with silicone tube through the nasolacrimal duct through the inferior nasal passages. Methods: Thirty patients (33 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis underwent retrograde nasolacrimal duct dilation and catheterization. The therapeutic effect was observed continuously for 8 to 14 months after operation. Results: There were 30 cases of overflowing of tears, one case of flushing was relieved, and one case of overflowing tears was relieved. One case had occlusion of silicone tube and one case of bleeding of inferior nasal mucosa. Bleeding disappeared after removal of silicone tube. The cure rate is 90.9%. Conclusion: The treatment of chronic dacryocystitis by nasolacrimal duct lacrimal duct is an effective method, and it is easy to operate, low in cost and less painful in patients with satisfactory results.
